The Woods at Warren
The Woods at Warren is an 80-unit community consisting of five three-story buildings and a clubhouse. The development serves households with incomes at or below 60% AMI with 8 units at 20% AMI, 3 units at 30% AMI, 29 units at 50% AMI and 40 units at 60% AMI. The complex provides Warren Township with a high-quality multifamily development to showcase community growth. Our on-site coordinator connects residents with a wide array of comprehensive supportive services including health screenings, nutrition programs, benefits assistance, and financial literacy seminars. We also have five supportive housing units set aside for homeless residents, referred by the Somerset County Continuum of Care. Services for supportive housing residents are designed to allow tenants to remain self-sufficient. In addition to those units, three units receive a Section 811 subsidy under the Money Follows the Person Housing Partnership Program and are set-aside for individuals leaving development centers and/or qualified individuals ages 18-61 who are transitioning from nursing facilities to community settings. We welcome you to the Woods at Warren and invite you to schedule a tour or apply today!
